An architect designed, Queenslander cottage comes to life with an influx of colour, bespoke furnishings and bold textiles. In particular, Australian made and classic furniture pieces were showcased throughout, equally pretty and practical in design for a family with young children. The client brief was to infuse colour, warmth and fun into the home - an inviting space where children play, adults work from home and friends come over. The vibrant hues and contemporary feeling of the artworks informed my selection of pieces for each room, which created a cohesive outcome that evokes joy as soon as you step through the front door.
