Thoughtful application of colour can make a space feel immensely joyful and welcoming. This was the intent for the design of Clarence House, a beautiful family home perched high on a hill in Indooroopilly. The ever-changing hues of the expansive sky, as seen from the home’s back verandah, and the surrounding trees served as the inspiration for the colour palette. This project was completed in two stages. Initially, I transformed the main living areas, office, entry and verandahs. Later, returning to bring the same sense of warmth and personality to the main bedroom and guest bedroom, completing this happy and effervescent family home.
